File Folder Organizer ¿ allows you to file and find any piece of paper quickly. It is a document management system that helps you organize your paper documents that are stored in file cabinets. NO DOCUMENT SCANNING IS NEEDED OR REQUIRED. Rather than actually transferring the documents to your PC, the program allows you to maintain a database of the contents of your filing cabinets. Use its Explorer-like interface to drag and drop, rename, delete, move entries around. The program allows you to print labels for hanging folders, file folders, documents, and file cabinets. Can't remember the exact name of the document, no problem, use the powerful search engine to perform pattern matching to locate particular entries. Access the Online help to find answers to your questions. It is intended for work or at home. Executives, office administrators, business owners, and others can use it.
